Thanks to the lovely folk at PG Tips, we sent our reporter to work up a sweat the showbiz way ahead of Red Nose Day.
Accompanied by ex-rugby hunk Thom Evans, we ventured to No1 Bootcamp, a luxury fitness resort tucked away in the fields of Norfolk.
The country house provides delicious and nutritious food at meal times while their expert trainers whip you into shape with around seven hours of tailor-made activities to sculpt your silhouette.
No1 Bootcamp are responsible for shaping the frames of Geordie Shore girls Holly Hagan, Charlotte Crosby and Vicky Pattison as well as ex-TOWIE fella Mark Wright and Big Brother graduate Josie Gibson.
Acting as our very own Mr Motivator, Thom told us the lengths he goes to to ensure his six-pack is kept in check: "I like to train quite a lot.
"At least five times a week and I don't diet too heavily.“I like exercise is because it's very therapeutic. Whether you've got stressful things at work or in your personal life a bit of exercise helps”Thom Evans
"The only reason I like exercise is because it's very therapeutic. Whether you've got stressful things at work or in your personal life a bit of exercise helps that."
Activities include boxing circuits, disco spinning classes and running, as well as reps of squats, shoulder presses set to music.
The more intense sessions include flipping tractor tyres and getting to grips with the outdoor assault course including monkey bars and resistance training.
Celeb clients are fed blanked eats such as grilled salmon and sautéed veg with low fat grains like cous cous.
Thom added: "What I love about this particular bootcamp is that a lot of trainers can be quite hard and if that's someone who's just starting to get into fitness I think that can be quite detrimental.
"I'm so passionate about fitness and even when I stopped playing rugby I still liked to keep fit."
He is currently playing personal trainer to tea-sipping PG Tips primate Monkey ahead of his Red Nose Day challenge to climb to the top of The Shard, if you would like more information, help to get fit or to donate to the campaign visit their website.
