Kendall swears by two-minute long endurance exercises, such as squatting while whipping battle ropes (heavy duty skipping ropes) to tone her from top to toe.
This move helps improve the stomach muscles and upper body.
She told Look magazine: "I do cardio and muscle-building. I do a lot of abs work and planking too.
"Being active and fit and keeping busy is kind of ingrained in me."
He said: "The basics like sit-ups, planks and push-ups give you results. Crank it up by compounding the basics to work multiple muscle groups.
"So do a burpee with a push-up at the bottom and a tuck jump at the top."
So how can we get Kendall's incredible abs?
Gunnar adds: "Hold a plank position for 30 seconds, then touch your knee to the same elbow eight to 12 times per side."
It is said to aid weight loss, debloat your tummy, detoxify and give you a glowing complexion.
Diet-wise, the supermodel opts for 'loads of fruit, vegetables and lean proteins' and claims strawberries are her favourite snack.
She's also slammed fad diets, saying: "They don't work. Losing weight is about changing your lifestyle and eating habits."
