The Board of Directors of Bank Asia
Limited has recommended a total of 15 percent dividend including 5 percent cash
dividend and 10 percent stock dividend for the year ending on December 31,
2014.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on March 31 at the Dhaka Ladies Club, 36 Eskaton Garden in the capital while the record date is March 10, according to the DSE website.
The company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 2.64, NAV per share of Tk 21.76 and NOCFPS of Tk 8.19 for the year.
