Los Angeles-based Adam Guerra has taken his love of the pop icon to the extreme and has already spent £113,000 ($175,000) trying to look like the singer.
Now he's willing to fork out thousands more to emulate Madonna's backside.
After seeing Madge flash her bum at The Grammy's, 27-year-old Adam is now planning his 19th cosmetic surgery procedure.
Appearing on ITV's This Morning he spoke about plans to inflate his bottom: "I just want it a little bigger. Madonna is the queen. I feel her spirit in me."

“It’s been a labour of love”

Adam became obsessed with the Vogue hit maker when he was just 15 years old.
"She has made my life – pretty much," he told the daytime show.
"When I was 18 I started performing in drag.
"One night I went out performing as Madonna and this light bulb went off in my head.
"At first it was a dream, then it was a goal, then a costly obsession and then a job."
When host Eamonn Holmes asked why he's not happy just being Adam, the drag queen replied: "I’m very confident and comfortable as Adam but I have a talent.
"And I want to show that talent to the world."

Unfortunately the American super-fan is yet to meet Queen Madge: "I’m still waiting for that."
Adam, who has had procedures on his chin, cheekbones, a brow lift and fillers, admits he's happy to suffer if it means he will look like his idol.
"It’s been a labour of love. I bring so much joy to people and I love seeing the smile on their face. People literally feel like their watching Madonna."

However, his surgery obsession hasn't gone down too well with boyfriend Michael.
Appearing on American show, TLC's My Strange Addiction, Michael says he is unable to endure Adam's Madonna fixation any longer.
He delivered him a frank ultimatum, stating: "I want to date a boy. I don't want to date a 56-year-old woman."

However, Adam says, despite the arguments it causes, he won't stop his body transformation anytime soon.
"It’s created a lot of friction in our relationship because he’s not too fond of it – he’s scared about surgeries and how far I’m going with them," Adam told ITV viewers.
"It’s been a constant battle but he loves me. He’s doing his best to accept it because I’ve already made it clear that I’m not stopping."
